  • Head of Department (heavy equipment - excavators)

    Требуемый опыт работы: более 6 лет

    Полная занятость, полный день

    Обязанности:

    Управление продажами и персоналом

    • Работа с дилерами. Контроль за деятельностью дилеров по привлечению новых клиентов, объемом продаж, ценообразованием, дебиторской задолженностью, достижением целевого показателя продаж. Проведение обучения для дилеров. Управление складскими запасами
    • Осуществлять сбор информации о региональном рынке (количество и профиль хозяйствующих субъектов в регионе, основной потребительский спрос, деятельность конкурентов в регионе, др.). Анализ рынка, разработка стратегии по представлению товаров (услуг, работ) в регионе на основе результатов анализа. Составление плана по продвижению продукции, вывод новых продуктов на рынок, посещение клиентов, развитие отношений с клиентами
    • Выполнение плана продаж через дилеров и прямые продажи на закрепленной территории. Поддержка продаж запасных частей
    • Организация мероприятий для ключевых клиентов
    • Взаимодействие с головным офисом по поводу обеспечения правильной обработки заказов, составление контрактов, контроль процесса доставки. Общение со штаб-квартирой в Китае, отчет о состоянии бизнеса, запросы в службу поддержки. Подготовка и предоставление отчетов руководству предприятия
    • Представление и защита интересов предприятия в регионе

    Требования:

    • Обязателен подтвержденный опыт по работе со строительной техникой
    • Свободное владение английским языком

    Условия:

  • Leasing Manager

    PURPOSE FOR POSITION:

    Provide financial leasing support for the sales of Liugong equipment in Russia.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • According to LGRU's current situation and demand planning and design financial leasing solutions, including but not limited to: subsidies to financial leasing institutions by LGRU, risk sharing (establishing a risk pool), etc.
    • Assist LGRU to sort out dealers’ financial leasing channels, and guide and regulate the dealer’s self-developed financial leasing cooperation business
    • Have spontaneity, enthusiasm and innovation in work, take the initiative to communicate with all relevant personnel, and provide professional guidance on financial leasing to LGRU
    • Regularly feedback the development of LGRU's financial leasing business to the Financial Leasing Department of Liugong Headquarters
    • Collection and management of financial leasing business operation data, and monthly feedback to the financial leasing department of Liugong headquarters
    • Complete other financial leasing related work arranged by the general manager of LGRU
    • Carry out other orders from line managers

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Education: Bachelor degree in Finance related majors

    Experience: 5 Years of experience in financial leasing area in construction equipment or similar. Experience in equipment financing or equipment financing leasing, Russian financial broker qualification certificate holders are preferred

    Language: English and Russian (Fluent)

    Travel: Available for traveling in both home and abroad according to the requirements

    PURPOSE FOR POSITION:

    Responsible for creating product marketing materials, growing and facilitating the dealers’ sales managers product knowledge by training, providing technical application support to dealers and customers. Research on the local market and customer requirements, and support dealers and headquarters engineers for product definition, product application modification etc.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    If there are questions about product strategy, product application, product sales trainings etc.

    • Create local product marketing materials with support of headquarters
    • Organize product sales trainings to dealers’ sales team
    • Support dealers and customers on the technical application
    • Do and help headquarters engineers for customers jobsite research
    • Recommend the right specification for customers and dealers
    • Organize and plan the new product launch into the market
    • Give the feedback and suggestions to R&D on the product application
    • Research and analyse the competitor’s product
    • Collect information about legislation, certification related to the industry
    • Regular reports to managements and sales team on the industry trend, competition
    • Suggest the product strategy
    • Participation in the training program in Headquarters
